1. Donation Refunds

If you made a donation in error or wish to cancel it, please notify us within 24 hours from the transaction time.

You must submit your refund request in writing to:

Membership or event registration fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment and with a valid reason, subject to management approval.
